What are research group studies?

In research group studies, you study for a Master’s degree by working in a research group at Turku University of Applied Sciences. You specialise in one of the research group’s focus areas and can thus focus your skills development on your core area of expertise or new areas of expertise. In addition, you will build up your project skills and your ability to work on research and development projects.

During your studies, you will work as a member of the research group, for example as a project specialist, expert or project manager. The content of the training will be based on your individual learning plan and the research group’s ongoing or upcoming projects. In order to be selected, the studies must be linked to the core activities of the student and the research group.

At the moment we offer research group studies only in Finnish. Read more and see the application instructions on our Finnish site.
