The well-being package includes the following tests:

  • Complete blood count ( 7 tests, including haemoglobin)
  • Lipid metabolism (total cholesterol, HDL and LDL, triglycerides)
  • Potassium and sodium (fluid balance)

  • TSH and T4V (thyroid)
  • Vitamin D
  • Ferritin (iron levels)

The well-being package requires you to fast for 10–12 hours before the test. You can drink a glass of water in the morning. If you are on thyroid medication, take the medication only after the test.

Basic package

The basic package is an affordable option that includes our most common laboratory tests. It includes 16 general laboratory tests, including haemoglobin, cholesterol levels, blood sugar, liver and kidney tests. The basic package is good for monitoring the well-being of your body. The tests in the basic package are also included in our well-being package.

The basic package includes the following tests:

  • Complete blood count ( 7 tests, including haemoglobin)
  • Lipid metabolism (total cholesterol, HDL and LDL, triglycerides)
  • Potassium and sodium (fluid balance)
  • Creatinine (kidneys)
  • Glucose (blood sugar)

Vitamin D and ferritin package

The vitamin D and ferritin package contains two of our most popular tests. Vitamin D plays an important role in skeletal health and immunity. Scientific research has linked vitamin D deficiency to a number of different diseases.

The needed vitamin D supplement depends on the individual, as the required portion size is influenced by e.g. initial vitamin D levels in the blood, exposure to sunlight, skin colour, nutrition and BMI. In order to determine the correct dosage, it is important to know the initial level of vitamin D in the blood.

Ferritin is an easy indicator of iron deficiency: as iron deficiency develops, ferritin levels often fall before the haemoglobin changes. Iron deficiency may shows as symptoms such as fatigue, paleness, shortness of breath and headache. Vitamin D and ferritin tests are also included in our wellbeing package.

The vitamin D and ferritin package does not require fasting.

Price: 59,00 €

Cholesterol package

Cholesterol is a vital building block for the body, but increased blood cholesterol levels increase the risk of developing myocardial infarction or stroke. You can affect your cholesterol levels through a good diet and physical activity. The cholesterol package is suitable for everyone interested in the wellbeing of their body. The tests in the cholesterol package are also included in our basic and wellbeing packages.

The cholesterol package includes the following tests:

  • Total cholesterol
  • HDL cholesterol (“good” cholesterol)
  • LDL cholesterol (“bad” cholesterol)
  • Triglycerides (blood lipids)

Fasting is not necessary before the cholesterol tests, since the effect of food on the tests is relatively small. If you have previously had elevated triglyceride levels, we recommend fasting for 10–12 hours.

Price: 25 €

Thyroid package

Thyroid hormones regulate many vital functions in the body. Hypothyroidism is very common and can cause various symptoms, such as fatigue, shivering, weight gain or hair loss. Testing the TSH levels usually gives the first indication if anything is wrong with the thyroid. In hypothyroidism, TSH levels increase.

The TSH test is supplemented by determining the levels of free thyroxine (T4V). T4V levels decrease with hypothyroidism. The tests in the thyroid package are also included in our well-being package.

The thyroid package includes the following tests:

  • Thyrotropin (TSH)
  • Free thyroxine (T4V)

The thyroid package does not require fasting. If you are on thyroid medication, take the medication only after the test.
