Media Project Café
Project Café is a learning environment where our media arts students work independently on student projects. The Project Café allows you to interact directly with our students, giving them the opportunity to practice real customer encounters.
Various student projects in the media field are carried out in the Project Café. Through it, you can reach our students in journalism, advertising, film, media production and project management.
The student projects can be, for example:
- Social media plan
- Content production for customers channels
- Video or animation production
- Production of brochures or other marketing materials
- Visual identity design
You can see past projects on the Project Café website (in Finnish).

How the Project Café works
1
Offer a project. Write a brief job ad-style announcement and submit it to the Project Café. Ask for detailed instructions: projektikahvila@turkuamk.fi
2
The offer will be communicated to students. Students choose the projects that best support their studies from the Project Café.
3
Students are in contact with you. You agree on the implementation directly with the students.
4
The project can begin. The work will proceed as you agree. At the end of the project, the student reports to the teacher and receives credit for the project.
