Project management office
The Turku University of Applied Sciences Project Management Office offers support and guidance throughout the life cycle of a research, development and innovation (RDI) project, from idea stage to archiving. Our extensive team of project management experts have over the years of experience and strong expertise in national and international funding programmes. We carry out more than 200 RDI projects every year with our partners.
1
Financial expertise
Turku University of Applied Sciences sends out hundreds of project applications to different funders every year. Experts from different funding programmes and sources actively monitor the various funding opportunities. We know the requirements and systems of different funders, help to find the right funding instrument, provide information on application opportunities and organise funding information for research groups.
2
Preparatory phase: from idea to project
Turku University of Applied Sciences has more than 30 research groups. We support the development of ideas into projects. Experts will help you find funding and write and edit your application. We participate in project consortium planning meetings, support in budget planning and the different stages of the application process.

Project implementation
We offer a wide range of project management services for projects. Experienced experts are involved in project implementation, for example as project managers, administrative project managers, financial experts, communication experts or to support during the project closure phase.
