Industrial Management
We develop responsible management of B2B companies and business networks.

Our research and development activities focus on responsible management of B2B companies and business networks. Our aim is to develop innovative and effective solutions that contribute to sustainable and competitive business.
Areas of research include in particular:
- Production control
- Technology management
- Project management
- Quality management
- Product development
The research group aims to support the transformation of productive activities so that companies are well equipped to respond to the new demands of society and changes in the global environment.
In practice, this often means that, alongside productive efficiency, the focus is also on promoting the well-being and resilience of society and the sustainability of the economy and industrial production.

Responsible management is the key to sustainable and competitive business. It is important to combine technology, quality and efficiency with the principles of sustainable growth. Businesses must be ready to respond to new demands from society and to changes in the global environment.
