Our work spans various domains, including maritime, land, and air. We leverage the unique surroundings of Turku, Finland, for testing and development, with a particular focus on maritime autonomous systems.

The Autonomous and Intelligent Systems (AIS) Laboratory is a hub for creating intelligent systems for autonomous operations.
The EMC Lab specialising in product development provides services for testing and developing the electromagnetic compatibility of products.

Strong project skills
Turku University of Applied Sciences’ Project Office offers support and guidance throughout the life cycle of an RDI project. Our project experts have years of experience and strong expertise in national and international funding programmes. We have more than 200 projects running every year, and our RDI activities have received more than €10 million in external funding.
