VERKKO – A leap into new business models and better well-being

We support entrepreneurs and businesses in Southwest Finland

We support entrepreneurs and companies in Southwest Finland in business development, managing hybrid work and strengthening well-being at work.

The target of the VERKKO project is to help the Finnish companies that have suffered from the Covid19, to cope with the challenges the pandemic has created. This is achieved by helping the companies to find new energy and to develop their operations.

At the core of the project is to support the entrepreneurs to develop new and more sustainable business solutions by developing their skills. The goals will be achieved by producing new types of expertise in business development, by increasing the readiness for change, by managing work and by boosting well-being.

The aim of the project is to develop the competitiveness and readiness for change of the micro- and SME companies through business redesign, as well as to strengthen the productivity and well-being by developing hybrid work management and control. In addition, the project improves the work ability of the entrepreneurs and employees, by both creating personalized programs and by creating networks for the promotion of well-being at work.
