TCCWB: Supporting development of TransCultural Competence for healthcare professionals in the Western Balkans

The main objective is to develop a new curriculum focusing on intercultural competences, to be implemented in the nursing curricula of the beneficiary universities in Albania and Bosnia and Herzegovina. This will benefit both teachers and students. The curriculum will equip students to care for new populations and students with a migrant background who start their studies in the Western Balkans.
The project will develop and innovate teaching materials and teaching methods to integrate multicultural skills into nursing education to enhance the skills of the health workforce. The project will also train nursing teaching staff in the beneficiary universities.
