Embedding Soft Skills in STEM Academic Curricula for the Transition to Sustainable Green Economy
The project is closely linked to the green transition, which is the introduction of environmentally friendly and sustainable practices into the business sector. Energy, construction, transport and many manufacturing companies are particularly important in this context. Raising awareness and adapting business practices and mindsets to support this change is key to achieving the green transition. The key players in this process are the educational institutions in the sectors concerned and the experts and managers in the companies.
The project will focus on identifying and training the communication and management skills needed to adopt a green transition mindset and approach. The concrete action will be to create a network of influencers and trainers in the companies in the sector.
