The Resiina project provides a company-specific training and development complex in which the company’s agility, productivity, well-being at work and managerial competence are developed.

The project provides companies with the following benefits:

1. development of risk management
2. change capability development
3. tools for the inclusion of the workplace community in internal development work
4. the subject/field to be developed can be based on the needs of the company (such as innovation, supply chains and logistics, finance, finance, risk management, managerial work, LEAN)
5. new ideas and perspectives on the development work of the company
