PUNC – Professional Uncertainty competence
Project duration
Source of funding
Erasmus + KA203 Strategic Partnerships for HEI
Total funding
442 057 €
The ability to handle uncertainty in a productive manner is crucial for the present-day professionals, the organization they work in, the educators that educate them and for the society they contribute to. Previous studies show that HEIs lacks the knowledge, skills and tools to support their learners to develop their abilities to handle uncertainty in a positive, generative and productive manner.
The aim of the PUNC project is to fill the competence gap of handling uncertainty productively, and professionalize educators to enable learners to develop their PUNC (Professional Uncertainty competence) in their professional performance. The project will produce a teacher guidebook for designing a learning environment with the best PUNC practices, intended for use in HEIs throughout Europe.
