The aim of the ICEX project is to increase knowledge of sexual health among adult migrants and professionals working with them. The project aims to create innovative and culturally sensitive tools for sexual health education.
There are three objectives that lead to achieving the main results of the project.
- To provide the best available knowledge and pedagogical practices of sexual health education among adult migrants and professionals working with them by developing ICEX Framework.
- To co-create the accuracy and easy-to-use materials in sexual health education by developing online ICEX Toolbox.
- To provide evidence-based guidance of sexual health education for professionals working with adult migrants by developing ICEX eHandbook.
ICEX project will be able to address the gaps in information and skills, and further, strengthen the professionals’ competencies on sexual health education of adult migrants with the ultimate goal to improve sexual health among migrants.
