Forerunners of foresight, makers of the future ETKOT (2025 -2026)

The project strengthens the continuous learning capabilities of target groups through foresight skills. The dual transition (digitalization and green transition) will permeate all industries and professions in the future. Future literacy is needed, which will be strengthened in the project using methods of foresight. Changing competence needs in working life and their impact on continuous learning will be strengthened by utilizing the foresight competence method to develop competence recognition and recognition, personalisation, renewal of the basics of the degree and cooperation in working life.

The project has been further developed from the previously implemented and OPH-funded foresight trainings OPEKOI and OPEKOI 2.
