The FLEXI: Green and Lean project aims to increase the change agility, innovation capacity and skills required for green economic recovery of SMEs in Southwest Finland.
The project will provide companies with a training and development package that includes three themes: agility & innovation, sustainability and LEAN. Companies can first participate in training and coaching, and then a development project will be designed and implemented on one of the selected themes.
The Flexi: Green and Lean project is funded as part of the European Union’s response to the Covid-19 pandemic.
