Total funding
622000 €
The aim of the project is to define user-driven competence criteria for sustainable tourism through frameworks (e.g. EQF, ECVET, ESCO) and working life cooperation. In addition, the aim is to gather research data and user-driven experiences on sustainable tourism in different operating environments, in Lapland and in the Archipelago Sea area.
Furthermore, the aim is to find out which digital open badges can best promote flexible and continuous training in sustainable tourism and the development of tourism industries. Based on these, an open digital badge will be created to identify and recognise expertise related to sustainable development in the tourism sector.
The primary target group of the project is people with a professional qualification and/or a university degree in the tourism sector who want recognition of their competence in sustainable development for themselves and/or their company.
