In the project ‘Community Well-being Work in Vocational Education’, the focus is on communal well-being work within vocational education. It involves developing an educational package that provides professionals with the tools to support the study and work well-being of vocational students, as well as their transition into the workforce. This package builds upon the extensive knowledge base established in previous projects and incorporates new insights generated therein. It is informed by the understanding that well-being and competence directly impact the success of vocational education and integration into the work life.
The educational package equips professionals in the social and educational sectors to support the study and work well-being, competence development, and transition into the work life of vocational students. Furthermore, it enables the practical application of proven effective methods in the fields of social and educational work, in interactions with various client and student groups, and particularly in holistic well-being promotion efforts.
The goal is to enhance the pedagogical and didactic skills of target groups, maintain and develop vocational students’ employability skills, and ensure comprehensive institutional well-being.
