Ministry of Education and Culture
Total funding

The project carries out 11 multidisciplinary peer trainings on climate and sustainability challenges for higher education teachers all over Finland and produces two new digital and multiprofessional learning materials on sustainability issues for the joint use of higher education institutions. The project is based on the earlier Climate. Now project, which is now being expanded. The cooperation between students and working life and different university levels and fields seeks new openings to solve multidimensional sustainability challenges.
The direct target group of the project is teachers in higher education. In practice, the actual and most important target group is higher education students, who get the chance to include the themes of climate change and sustainable development in their degree more extensively. Their working life competences are also developed and the flexibility of study paths increased. An additional target group is business life, with which close cooperation is sought.
