Working-life oriented education
Turku UAS is one of the biggest universities of applied sciences in Finland with over 13,000 students and almost 100 degree programmes.
Our pedagogical approach links professional know-how with theoretical research. Study methods include lots of project and teamwork, just like working life.
Our aim is to develop highly trained experts ready for working life, as well as to support industry through continuing learning modules.
Different ways to study
We offer bachelor’s and master’s degrees in four different fields. You can apply to our degree programmes by joint application or via Open Studies.
Open UAS and Continuing Studies offer the chance to deepen your expertise or learn something new, through short courses or longer programmes.
We also welcome our partner universities’ students, who can spend a semester or academic year with us as exchange students. Some of our degree programmes also offer the possibility of obtaining a double degree.
