CARPE
The Consortium of Applied Research and Professional Education (CARPE) is a network of European universities of applied sciences that promotes cooperation in research and education. CARPE aims to support innovation, joint projects and European research initiatives.
EU.ACE
The European University for Academic Continuing Education (EU.ACE) is a network of higher education institutions that promotes cooperation in research and education. EU.ACE aims to strengthen European higher education to address global challenges such as the green economy and digitalisation.
Brazil: Education & Industry Alliances
Turku UAS actively collaborates with Brazilian institutions, focusing on both educational innovation and industry partnerships. Our alliance with Brazil spans diverse initiatives, including the development of innovative teaching methods, joint research on sustainable technologies, industry partnerships for knowledge transfer, and collaborative events with educational leaders.
This cooperation not only enhances educational practices and drives impactful research but also strengthens cross-cultural ties, contributing to a shared vision of growth and innovation between Finland and Brazil.

Mobility partners
The countries in the Baltic Sea region and Europe at large are the main focus of Turku UAS’ international mobility and cooperation. However, we also have field-specific cooperation partners in Asia and both North and Latin America. Moreover, Turku UAS carries out development projects in Africa in close collaboration with local organizations.
We have 350 exchange destinations in over 50 countries around the globe. A double degree can be completed in 19 exchange institutions.

West Coast Cooperation
Turku UAS, Vaasa UAS, Centria UAS, Novia UAS and Satakunta UAS have committed to close West Coast Cooperation facilitated by the Ministry of Education and Culture.
The West Coast Cooperation 2023-2025 aims to ensure that companies and the labor market in the regions continue to find skilled experts for their needs and thus contribute to increasing international competitiveness.
