Student Office
The Student Office can advise you on issues such as study rights, registration for attendance or absence, and graduation.
Degree students can easily download their study certificate and transcript of records from Peppi themselves. You can also order a copy of your certificate and other documents from the Student Office.
At Tuudo you will find a student card that qualifies you for student benefits, such as Kela meal subsidy and discounts from Matkahuolto, VR and Föli.
Never finished your studies? Forgot to register for the academic year and your study rights were terminated? In certain cases, you can apply to have your study right reinstated in order to complete an unfinished degree. Read more about unfinished studies and the reinstatement of study rights.

Exceptional opening hours
- NOTE! The Student Office closes for the Christmas holidays from 19 December 2024 onwards. The service point and the telephone will be closed during the holidays. The service point will open on Tuesday 7 January 2025 and the telephone service on Thursday 9 January 2025. Advice is available by e-mail, but there may be a slight delay in replies.

Copies of certificates and other requests for documents
You can request a copy of the degree certificates and transcripts of records issued by Turku UAS after 1 January 2014.
You can also request copies of curricula or course descriptions. Additionally, we provide supplementary study-related information upon request for a fee.

Electronic certificate or transcript of records
If the document has been issued electronically, you can order it free of charge by e-mail. These include:
- electronic degree certificate (issued after 2 May 2022)
- electronic certificate of specialization studies (issued after June 2023)
- electronic transcript of records
- electronic study certificate
How it works:
- Send your request by email to studentoffice@turkuamk.fi
- Tell us your name and which document you would like to order. The Student Office will reply with more detailed instructions on how to order.
Please note that you can also find all your study rights and achievements in My Studyinfo (Oma Opintopolku). From My Studyinfo (Oma Opintopolku), you can share your studies as an official link, for example with your employer or Kela.

You can order a paper version
- a certificate issued between 1 January 2014 and 1 May 2022, or
- a transcript of records issued after 1 January 2014.
Ordering paper copies of certificates and documents is subject to a fee.
Ordering instructions:
- First, check out available documents and the prices below.
- Fill in the order form. The form uses Suomi.fi authentication. On the form, you will need to specify which document you wish to order, as well as information such as your study programme and date of graduation or resignation. You can find this information in My Studyinfo (Oma Opintopolku), if necessary.
- The order is paid via online banking when filling out the form.
- The copy will be ready within 2 to 4 weeks of the order.
- If you have chosen to have your documents picked up from the Student Office, please bring your photo ID. You will be notified by email when your copy is available for collection.

Turku UAS cannot order copies of documents issued before 2014.

The curricula and course descriptions for courses starting in autumn 2014 and beyond can be found in the online study guide. You can print out the study descriptions from the study guide yourself.
If you can’t find what you are looking for, please contact the Student Office by email studentoffice@turkuamk.fi to check availability. You will receive separate instructions on payment and ordering from the Student Office once availability is confirmed.

Please note that searching for course descriptions in curriculums that started before autumn 2014 may involve additional research work.

You can order an additional report on your personal achievements from Turku UAS. There is a fee for the additional report.

Low workload (e.g. calculating the weighted average of studies)
- Price: 40 € (incl. VAT)
Moderate workload (requiring research for each graduation group, e.g. searching for a learning plan (formerly curriculum) in the archives)
- Price: 70 € (incl. VAT)
Amount of work demanding (exact clarification of the content of individual modules and courses, calculation of hours for studies)
- Price: 120 € (incl. VAT)
Order and payment instructions
- First check the availability of the material and request a price estimate from the study office by email: studentoffice@turkuamk.fi
- Confirm and pay for your subscription.
- The payment is made to the Turun UAS’ bank account FI31 5717 2020 0063 17. Payment can only be made by bank transfer, we do not accept cash.
- Delivery times are typically between 2 and 6 weeks, depending on the volume of work and whether your request falls during holidays or peak periods (the beginning and end of the academic and calendar year).
Limits for further information requests
Curriculums are archived by the units offering education and training as required. If the curriculum is more than 5 years old, further clarification may not be available. The same time limit applies to individual modules and the precise content of courses.
Documents not subject to charges in accordance with the Publicity Act
The documents (transcript of records, study certificate) are free of charge for Turku UAS degree students, Open UAS students, students with a separate right of study and students who are studying at Turku UAS on the basis of an inter-university mobility agreement.
According to the Publicity Act (495/2005, § 34, paragraph 1), a document is free of charge when:
1) information on the document is provided orally;
2) the document is produced to the authority for inspection or copying,
3) the public electronically stored document is sent to the person requesting the information by e-mail;
4) the electronically deposited document is sent to the party by e-mail; or
5) the provision of the requested document falls within the scope of the authority’s duty to advise, consult or inform.
Limits: translation and certification of documents
Turku University of Applied Sciences does not translate ordered documents into other languages. You can use the services of an authorised language translator.
Turku University of Applied Sciences does not certify the authenticity of copies or originals of documents brought by the client. For these, you can turn to a notary public at the Local Register Office.
